Statement of Privacy

Last modified June 13, 2026

This Statement of Privacy (this “Statement”) governs the manner in which Wonderspaces, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Wonderspaces”, the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”) collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from customers and others who interact with the Company’s products, software, services, and websites, including the Company’s membership program but excluding any other services provided to you by the Company under a separate agreement (collectively, “Services”). Certain aspects of your private information, including credit card payment processing, are governed also by the User Agreement (available here), which is hereby incorporated in its entirety by reference, and/or by the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions (available here).

What information do we collect?

We collect personal information from you when you request information, share information, sign up for a membership, book reservations or tickets, purchase our products or otherwise engage our services, receive electronic notices or other similar communications and activities. When performing any of these actions, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, phone number, home address, personal preferences, and credit card and billing information. We collect personal information from you when using the Services, such as when you choose to share information with others, including inviting contacts and sending feedback. We collect information when you interact with our customer service to accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries and investigate breaches of the User Agreement, Membership Terms and Conditions, or this Statement. We collect non-personal information about your computer hardware and software when you use the Services. This information can include your device type, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, IP address, internet service provider, pages visited, and referring website addresses. We may use a third party program to assist us in analyzing this data to better tailor our Services to our users.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?

We engage in customary data collection, storage and processing practices and utilize certain security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. However, since the internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to the Company. We cannot guarantee the protection of information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, copy, disclosure, destruction, or alteration or that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others or by breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards. As a result, all personal information you disclose to us is at your own risk.

Do we use cookies and similar technologies?

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, web beacons, and browser local storage) for two purposes: (1) analytics, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it; and (2) advertising and measurement, to measure the performance of our marketing and to help our advertising partners deliver and attribute relevant ads. A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your device by a web server.

The analytics and advertising technologies we use include Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), and Google Ads. Several of these are operated together with our ticketing and marketing partner, Fever (see “Ticketing and third-party services” below). When you interact with these technologies, information such as your device and browser data, pages viewed, IP address, and the marketing campaign that referred you (via “UTM” parameters) may be collected and shared with those analytics and advertising providers, who may use it for their own purposes, including cross-site and targeted advertising. Depending on your location, this sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (see “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights” below).

Your choices. We do not load non-essential analytics or advertising cookies until you select “Accept” in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You may decline, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our website footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.

Ticketing and third-party services

Tickets to our experiences are sold and processed by our ticketing partner, Fever (FeverUp). When you click to purchase tickets, you are directed to Fever’s platform, and your transaction and related information are handled under Fever’s own privacy policy. We also work with Fever and the advertising platforms listed above to measure and attribute marketing performance, including by sharing campaign (“UTM”) and conversion information. We encourage you to review Fever’s privacy policy before completing a purchase.

How do we respond to “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals?

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting, and some offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that lets you express a preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where required by law, we treat a detected GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for the browser and device on which it is enabled, and we will not load non-essential advertising or analytics technologies in that browser. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we otherwise respond to your preferences as expressed through the cookie controls described above and elsewhere in this Statement.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We may share your information with service providers that provide us with support services, such as credit card processing, offering and administering promotions or special offers, website hosting, email and postal delivery, membership program management, product and service delivery, analytics services, or conducting academic research, so long as those parties agree to keep any personally identifiable information confidential in accordance with the terms of this Statement. In many cases, such as with our membership program, the Company may not even have access to certain of your personally identifiable information.

In addition, we may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, legal regulatory bodies or authorities, enforce our User Agreement, Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions, or this Statement, or protect and defend our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information (such as generic aggregated information) may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Services or administer activities on our behalf, including but not limited to sending out notices. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes.

Third Party Links and Content

Users may find advertising or other content on our Services that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties, and vice-versa. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Services. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Services, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies and the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

Your Rights under GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union directive that aims to give the residents thereof more information about and control over their data. To that end, if you are a resident of the European Union, please be advised that you have the following rights:

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the advertising cookies and pixels described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under these laws.

How to opt out. You can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time by selecting “Decline” in our cookie banner or using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as described above. Opt-out & unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving certain communications from the Company by emailing the Company at privacy@wonderspaces.com.

You can otherwise always contact us at privacy@wonderspaces.com with requests to update or delete personally identifiable information you have previously provided to us. However, you should be aware that it may not be technologically possible to remove every record we have of the information you have provided us. For example, the need to back-up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that may be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Nevertheless, upon receiving your request, we will endeavor to delete all such information that is stored in the databases we actively use for business activities, as well as other readily searchable media.
